Sliced Fresh Bell Peppers

  1. Ingredients
    1. Fresh bell peppers: three or four of (orange, red, green, yellow) peppers
    2. Try to prepare and serve the same day as purchased.
  2. Implements
    1. Sharp paring knife.
    2. Large cutting board.
    3. One storage bowl.
  3. Operations
    1. From each bell pepper:
    2. Cut out the hat; discard. Slice the pepper in two,
    3. Rinse out excess seeds. Cut out any surplus whitish tissue.
    4. Cut the pepper halves into thin strips.
    5. Place in the serving bowls in alternating colors.

  4. Care
    1. Do not let the sliced peppers lay out in a warm room.
    2. Refrigerate when not meal time.
